I would think that as Obama has a track record to this point of doing any damned thing he wants while flippin’ the wee birdie to Congress that he’s up to something. Alarm bells are going off.
I think the b-stard is making a move to setup the Republican controlled Congress to either be complicit in his idiocy, or to blame for his failure down the road.

It needs to be pointed out that just before a major event happens that needs to be watered down by the state department you begin to see anchors stepping down, editorialists taking leaves of absence or retiring to make way for the new agents that have no choice but to push the propaganda for the Pentagon.
