The cloud glow does not persist the same way. Lots of Ionization going on in a Nuke cloud, and it keeps the glow going for some time after the blast, well up in the cloud. Not so, here.
It looks like a very large conventional explosion like you get with an ammo dump or chemical plant.
Back in 1974 a munitions train exploded in the Roseville, CA, train yard and wiped the town of Antelope off the map. . . bombs up to 10,000 pounds exploded throughout the day and night. One of the explosions broke windows in buildings 20 miles away. I watched some of the 10,000 pound bombs going off from a safe distance of about five miles away. They looked for all the world like miniature nukes with mushroom clouds and all. . . All it takes is a hot surface burst making causing a fireball that rises rapidly in the air, pulling smoke and dust from the explosion with it. There were dozens to a hundred of these things that went off in that disaster. No one was killed, which was a miracle.
