Or at the very least, lend-lease some cheap anti-armor weapons, counter-battery radar systems and artillery.

That would result in Russian Tanks and Aircraft covering the entire map of Ukraine.
Kiev would be reduced to rubble in 72hrs.

East Ukraine is not Serbia, who didn't have air defense's, which now, thanks to Russia, the freedom fighters in the east do.
