My US Constitution, article 3, section 2 clearly states that in ALL CASES where a STATE is a PARTY to the action, the Supreme Court and ONLY the Supreme Court has LEGAL Jurisdiction. No Inferior Court has the authority under the Constitution to even hear the case, let alone rule on it.
Tell the inferior court to pound sand.

So Roy Moore has issued an order telling state probate judges not to issue licenses. Now I guess the question is whether the state judges follow his orders or the federal court’s orders. And if they follow the federal court order whether the state disciplines them.

Alabama and the rest of the states of the Union: DON’T ACQUIESCE to unconstitutional federal government tyranny.

SCOTUS’ ONLY legitimate role in this is to overturn the lower federal court’s ruling and return the case back to Alabama where it belongs. MARRIAGE IS NOT A FEDERAL ISSUE - MARRIAGE IS A STATES’ ISSUE.

Regardless of what SCOTUS does or doesn’t do, its unconstitutional acts must be NULLIFIED by the states. It’s time.
