US citizens would gladly take those jobs if it weren’t so financially advantageous to not work. Another great source of labor would be steering HS grads without all that much aptitude for college toward the job market instead of student loans they’ll never be able to pay off.

Therein lies a structural fault in the system in place. I would venture that Walker would be most apt to push for those changes. I don’t see anyone else out there with a better record to that end.
