“NBC News execs had counseled him to stop telling the tale.”
But he just couldn’t do it. :-)
Brian Williams was just being your average moonbat.
Give that man a promotion.
For any human who is running his mouth full time, it is almost guaranteed that they will “misspeak.”
Brian and his liberal pals were running their mouths to stir panic in the public and a hatred of George Bush during Katrina. They made it sound as if all the horrors they made up or exaggerated were Bush’s fault because he just didn’t care about rescuing black Americans.
So Brian’s lies during Katrina had a political purpose as did his lies about the Iraq war.
When one network TV anchor is caught lying it reduces the credibility and influence of all past and current network TV anchors.
People who were not already paying attention realize that just because a network TV anchor says something it does not make it true. Network anchors don’t like that.
The First Rule of Holes: If you are in one, stop digging.
Newsreader Brian Williams has NO credibility. Let him stay at NBC and lets watch him curdle his brain as he try’s not to lie. It would be fun but unfortunately I don’t watch NBC News.
The same Brokaw who defended Dan Rather? Hahahah. What a bunch of self-important, pompous, lying, hypocritical jerks.
No credibility to us, but it always comes as a shock to a lot of low information voters whenever a network TV talking head is proven to be a liar.
What garbage. Brokaw knew about this for a decade and he’s speaking out only now that the thing has gone public? Real paragon of moral rectitude there, Tommyboy...
‘RAT FIGHT!!!!!!!!!
People who work there are saying everyone knows Williams is a liar. And that Brokaw and the former head of NBC News warned Williams about telling the lie.
Did you see where the pilot of the chopper Williams was on is saying his memory about the incident is messed up, too. Did they find the pilot and paid him to cover for Willaims?
LOL. Exactly. Let ‘em chew each other to death.
I sure do! The ‘Lyin’ Brian’ pics going around today are great, especially the: ‘Live From The Moon’ one!
Hey! The phrase is 'Screw the Pooch' not 'Chew the Pooch'! :^P
