nation’s political system “is being polluted by money.”

So she would overturn the case, not because it was wrongly decided from a legal perspective, but because she doesn't like the idea of money in politics.

Hey Ruth, you're not a one woman legislature. What a senile old political hack.

I never thought I’d say this but I agree with her. Multi billion dollar corporations aren’t voters

You agree with part of what she says. Do you agree that Unions are? ...especially when they are legally empowered to collect taxes from people of all political persuasion and donate those taxes to Democrats only? ...because that’s the other side of her coin.

I suppose her delusional Judgeship can't be bothered to notice how much, collectively, Obama and the Hildabeast spent in the 2008 elections?

And most of it was not American voter/citizen money...

Has the supreme court ever overturned itself?

Yes. Several times.

But NEVER the same court.

The judiciary is polluted by Marxists, leftists and liberal loons with messiah complexes.

Her Job is to interpret the Constitution as written.

It is not her Job to take a personal Opinion such as there is too much money in Politics.

Only individuals who are legal citizens paying into or have paid into the system and legal to vote should be able to donate to political causes. There should be no entity that distorts the functioning of any DC politician from representing the will of the people for whom they are hired to represent, be it unions, corporations, special interests or anyone or entity outside of this country.

You are exactly right, Unions are huge donors in both money and manpower. But then, drypowder, Damocrats and the lapdog media always leave out that inconvenient fact because Unions mostly support Damocrats.
