Hmm, I suppose that one of the justices might have to retire first, but hey, rules don’t mean much to this White House...

She’s too much of a money-grubber to accept. There’s no way she could cut sweetheart deals to make money based on ruling a certain way.

Would she have been the first disbarred attorney to be appointed to the SCOTUS?
Historic indeed.
To: SeekAndFind
Yup.
And Salon columnist Thomas Schaller is really up there in his jurisprudence, eh?

At least that fat old hag probably would not serve too many years before she became physically incapacitated.
To: SeekAndFind
If she does get an appointment to the SC, she won’t have to worry about
getting senate confirmation, as I’m sure she still has those FBI files.

I guess she wasn’t wise enough and Latina enough or could it be that she got fired from her job investigating Watergate because of her unethical and potentially criminal behavior?

If patriots continue their momentum from the last election and work to get 2/3 pro-Constitution majority control of the Senate in 2016, then patriots can light a fire under RINO-controlled Congress to start removing activist justices from the bench.
Note that if state lawmakers hadnt ratified the ill-conceived 17th Amendment, foolishly giving up the voices of state legislatures in Congress, that the Senate might already have a 2/3 Constitution-respecting majority at this time.

The “leaders” in the GOP would gladly confirm her.

95% of USSC cases have nothing to do with rewriting the Constitution. They are mostly corporate law. And BORING.
Hillary! is not qualified and she is definitely not interested in working that hard.
