It’s ridiculous!...How many drug starved perps will be hiding and waiting for these dumb clucks to get some pot at these vending machines?

(Article V or National Divorce. The only solutions now.)
Apparently no commenters made it to the second sentence:
"The machines, called ZaZZZ, are being placed in medical pot dispensaries, which helps to verify customer's age and identity since medical marijuana cards are required to enter the centers".

Machine: "Welcome, sir or ma'am! Please deposit ten dollars in the slot and select your reefer of choice."
BtD: "Huh? Yeah, right, OK..."

Pennsylvania's State Liquor Stores had kiosks which checked ID, sobriety and the like before dispensing their wares. They were a complete and total flop and waste of money.
Kind of funny that these ZaZZZ machines claim to do similar screening when the screening should be done before the customers even reach the machines, eh?

No, the "which" in "which helps to verify" refers to "placed in medical pot dispensaries".
