A Chinese drone maker which created the small quadcopter that recently crashed on White House grounds said Wednesday it is updating its drones to prohibit flight over the US capital.

Don’t tell me. . . they are putting it in the instructions. “Our drones are not for frying over US Calitor.”
I thought this had been debunked.
Apparently smart drones with GPS guidance.
I just got the msg: “All hour drones belong to us. You no fly hour drones over White Hooch. You numbra 10 if you due”.
“We no crash drone peeking in windows. It is a big lie.”
Comrade President Lei Ying Lo
How do it know?
That particular drone is yesterdays news. The new ones are much more sophisticated and powerful. This is no big deal.
The higher end things are really very sophisticated and can be hard programmed where not to fly by GPS coordinates. When making flights the pilot can program the autopilot and it will make the flight and return to home base where it started from.
Auto flight stabilizers that can compensate for turbulence when taking photos or shooting video.
Absolutely anybody can learn to fly one in about 5 minutes and the best I can determine they are going to make a very stealthy terrorist delivery system when the carpet flyers learn about them. I really think this is what the FAA is mainly concerned about more so than some fellow making a few bucks taking some real estate videos for sales agents.
They keep getting more sophisticated and bigger and bigger all the time so they can haul heavier loads, say, up to 10lbs or so.
A claymore mine weighs about 3.5 pounds. Drones are not to be taken lightly.
I know, I wasn’t going to get too specific concerning payloads and applications but it is really a serious future threat to Americans.
I can see the FAA outlawing these things anywhere except an authorized RC flight field. Even that cannot create any guarantees just like gun control laws can’t.
