So if they either kill one of those people, you know, non-Americans, but individuals, that’s not terror. And if they kill an American who is more than an individual, say an ambassador representing America, or a corporate executive who is there in his capacity as a corporate executive, then that’s not terror. Now everything makes perfect sense./irony dripping from every syllable.
