Walker doesn’t want to BREAK anything. We have tons of things that need to be disabled or repealed or disappeared.

Walker doesn’t want to fix all the stuff zero has broken to pieces. He doesn’t even have a coherent defense/FP strategy.

I like the guy, but extreme situations call for extreme remedies, and Walker’s just too much of a status-quo guy, not counting Union-busting.

I don’t think you’ll get a candidate like that out of the primary let alone elected in a general national election.

Cruz throws lots of red meat and a lot of Freepers like him but he’s not getting any attention because he’s not considered a serious contender by anybody but the fiercest conservatives.
I could be wrong of course but I expect he’ll be unable to get enough traction or support and run about like Santorum does.

At this point, I am giving Mr. Walker a ‘maybe’.
He is fine on economics and big government and unions.
Some of his social positions are a little fuzzy and I would like clarification on the gay ‘marriage’ issue.
He will have to work hard to get credibility on Foreign policy and military issues. That is a general challenge for working Governors.
He may be mild enough to get the Republican nomination but I don't think he can light enough fires or put together enough blocs to win a Presidential election.
Neither Sen. Cruz nor Gov. Palin will ever, in my opinion, get a place on the national Republican ticket. Never, no way, no how.

Yes I’m afraid you are right. Walker has not been altogether forthcoming with his stance on immigration either. That’s worrisome. I think the guy is good for Wisconsin but not for President.

Ted Cruz and I know this is not popular but Rand Paul are the two most likely candidates that actually want to restore the Constitutional Republic and cut the government down to size. If we don’t cut the bureaucracy by at least 50% there will be no saving this country. IMO.

Right now Ted Cruz is my numero uno choice. Jeb and Crispy are my line in the sand. I will not vote for either one of them for any reason.

I agree. Walker does seem to have a passion for busting unions (and how can you NOT love that? LOL!) but so far it seems that’s where his passion ends. The next GOP presidential candidate needs to have a flame inside him! I’m not seeing that in Walker at all. I think Walker would make an excellent VP, with Cruz to lead the charge.
