At this point, I am giving Mr. Walker a ‘maybe’.
 He is fine on economics and big government and unions.
 Some of his social positions are a little fuzzy and I would like clarification on the gay ‘marriage’ issue.
 He will have to work hard to get credibility on Foreign policy and military issues. That is a general challenge for working Governors.
 He may be mild enough to get the Republican nomination but I don't think he can light enough fires or put together enough blocs to win a Presidential election.
 Neither Sen. Cruz nor Gov. Palin will ever, in my opinion, get a place on the national Republican ticket. Never, no way, no how.

Sen. Cruz is on the right track. The contract with American creatred by Newt Gingrich was a success, both in laws passed and election results, much to the dismay of Mainstream Republicans.
 His list looks like a very good start for a Presidential platform and the Republican Party will not allow it.
