I'm still not sure Rand will have the balls to run for President, since he's up for re-election in 2016 and KY is one of those states that doesn't allow politicians to run for two offices simultaneously (all states should follow KY's lead, IMO).
In other words, if Rand runs for President and doesn't win, he'll be back in the private sector.
