>>I meant the Petra part...Moab is mentioned.<<

Yeah, I figured that. I was responding to "Jordan escapes annihilation" part. I suppose it depends on what you call annihilation. I was just trying to clarify that Jordan as it exists today will no longer exist as a nation.

>>The A/C for whatever reason doesn’t take control of Jordan however.<<

From what I can make of prophecy it does. God intends to give all of the original land back to Israel. I will concede that we can't be 100% sure of when that will happen but to me it makes more sense that they are back in control prior to the battle of Ezekiel 38.

I agree there’s no way to be 100% sure. Maybe I’m missing something somewhere? I know Israel becomes a Super Power post Psalm 83 and definitely post Ezekiel 38, but Daniel 11:41 refers to Moab being delivered from his hand. Does that mean he nor Israel will be over that territory?

I’m not sure. And I thought the prophecy (Genesis 15:18) to give Israel all from the Nile to the Euphrates was for the Millennial Kingdom?

Maybe your missing what I was missing. The land that Jordan occupies today is only part of what was Israelite land. The rest, that on the east side, is what was Moab. Remember that Moses was buried in Moab which was outside of the promised land. Amman is in the "promised land". Interesting is that Petra is not. The tribes of Manassah, Gad, and Reuben were all east of the Dead Sea and the Jordan River between the Ammon River on the South and the Yarmuk River on the North. The Ammonites were East of that. The Moabites on the South and the Arameans on the North.

That all means that part of Jordan will again belong to Israel as will parts of Lebanon up to the city of Sidon.

Sorry, but its more like 70 more years of this to go. Progressivism is woven into the fabric of this nation now. Being offended is a business now. Schools teach nothing useful. The wealthy elite count on the government to subsidize their ventures and to take care of their underpaid employees. People are born and die on welfare. The “Republican” Congress has shown us the future and that future is in bipartisan Progressivism, where the only argument is between how much of the government pie the wealthy get and how much the poor get...and how fast both can eradicate the annoying middle class who still thinks that America can be free again based on nothing but a ELECTION.

It will take war to fix this nation and that won’t happen until our side gets nationalist enough to do what it takes to remove the cancers from our great nation.

I can’t disagree with that, although I was trying to be optimistic.

I understand. But, we can’t afford to be optimistic and believe that winning an election will fix this country. Half of the people in this country voted for Free Stuff. Many of our economic decision-makers voted for Progressive Hopeenchange. Mostly change. The sad truth is that half of the country WANTS it to be fundamentally transformed and they will riot to make that happen.

We won’t even hold a rally on a week day because it might interfere with work. We are in a bar fight against these people and we are quoting boxing rules to them.

Oh, I know we’re screwed. I’ve been in hunker-down mode for so many years now. Just biding my time, keeping my powder dry. ;)
