I understand the sentiment behind this. I have listened to Levine at length explain his position.

The one thing I can not get past: if the “politicians”, judges, law enforcement, states, et al do not adhere to current written law, why on earth does any one believe another written law will receive any more adherence? Because we really really mean it this time???

The problem is not the words written on paper. The problem is not having men of honor and conviction in positions to adhere and enforce the current laws. And that my friends goes right to the heart of the populace at large. If we, as a society, will not hold current individuals accountable to uphold the law, it really doesn't matter what any revisions may be.

If in the law the states are allowed final say in voting NO, how can this be ignored?

Because if it is ignored, then we are in complete civil war territory.
