I actually read an article in the Moscow Times that claimed exactly that! Basically, they claim the Tsar had no right to sell off a piece of Russia to anybody.
With this president in power, they might very well do that - and get away with it.
I expect a whole lot of bad to happen in the next year _precisely_ because the Obama is in power.

Probably...if we keep letting them MODERNIZE their military, while we do nothing but try to figure out how to integrate LGBTs.
There is a POWER VACUUM out there...and Russia is simply filling it.
