I would agree. And I would point out the parallel to homosexual marriage. If you break the tradition of marriage meaning 1 man and 1 woman, then there is no fallback. It's not just "homosexual marriage". Now there is no grounds for opposing polygamy, or incest, really. It's anything goes, because we've apparently decided that the government can't regulate the basic topic.

Once the government decides to making a recreational drug legal, then it's just harder to justify why we have laws against meth.

You can't successfully win a "war on drugs" without creating an internal police state so comprehensive that Himmler or Beria would moan with envy.

I don't have a problem with some drugs being illegal if that's what the voters want, but the totalitarian excesses of the WOD must be rolled back.
