GEO-POLITICS operates at warp speed, but its moving parts are rarely understood for what they are.

That's not what I said.
And you know it.
It reflects the consequence of what you said.
You want to play the Sophist, do it alone.
You and others regularly attack conservative bloggers who excerpt on FR.
There’s no demonstrable harm to FR from that.
I’ve never seen you go after somebody for posting from liberal rags like BI, the NYT, CBS, etc. Yet, by doing so you grant those commies all kinds of revenue from hits.
If by Sophist you meant sophisticated logic, then I concur.
Asking someone to share *more* of their writing on this site is an attack? Who knew?
"Theres no demonstrable harm to FR from that."
Yes, there is. And it's been demonstrated and verified time after time.
"Ive never seen you go after somebody for posting from liberal rags like BI, the NYT, CBS, etc. Yet, by doing so you grant those commies all kinds of revenue from hits."
You have never seen me (or anyone else I'm aware of) encourage FReepers to visit those sites. If you can't resist reading their drivel, I can't help you.
Note: It is my opinion that no articles from any source should ever have to be excerpted on this site. They should all be viewed under Fair Use. For whatever reason management does not wish to spend the time and legal fees to assert that position. That's their prerogative.
"If by Sophist you meant sophisticated logic, then I concur"
Dream on.
And there is one more thing to consider.
Read it and weep:

No matter what you or anyone thinks, FR regularly sends traffic to sites that are our enemies. Things have changed on the Internet since I first joined in the 90s. The words out and people have alternatives. To make a fuss over a blog poster’s posts here is silly when FR sends tens of thousands of clips to MSNBC.
Then why don’t you take it upon yourself to write to the guy who posted that #64 I linked above and “educate” him?
How "conservative" is it to use Free Republic as a free advertising tool?
Seems rather more like theft to me.
