I can believe people don’t know the law; the reaction of some of the (subcontinent) Asians on “To Catch A Predator” are downright creepy. A couple have no idea that there is anything inappropriate about emailing pictures of their penises to what they think are young teenage girls...
Oh they know the law, alright.

They know what they are doing. They are playing games with the system. Moslims are really good at playing and manipulating systems.
When you go to another country, particularly one that is culturally distant to your own, a wise person will get a general idea of what sort of behavior will get them into trouble with the law.
Muslims are arrogant. As far as they are concerned, the culture and laws of a (non Muslim) country don’t apply to them anyway.
