Bump, whatever that means..........
One of the prejudices of liberalism is that they see everyone as part of a group, not as an individual.
All too true. I was reflecting on this the other day. Ask a liberal how many black or hispanic or gay friends he or she has. I'll bet you they can rattle them off right off the cuff. They pigeonhole everyone into little compartments. Everyone is labeled and categorized. Talk about prejudices! Ask a conservative the same question and chances are they'll have to think about it for a while. Not because they don't have black or hispanic or gay friends and acquaintances, but because they see them as people/friends first, and the rest of it as relatively unimportant sidebar.
From there, they turn on TV and watch shows created by liberals that lean to the left, if they have any political viewpoint at all.
Few things are as pathetic as Christians/Conservatives who wallow in liberal pop culture. My wife and I stopped going to a certain church where a woman involved with the youth ministry told us about how much fun she and her teen aged daughter had at the “Lady Gaga” concert.
“Liberals tend to view people as parts of groups, not individuals”
That to me is the defining difference between right and left in this country.
This is exactly opposite of the truth of the matter.
If conservatives thought liberals were stupid, they wouldn't try to debate them. The problem with conservatives is that they give stupid liberals too much credit for being more intelligent than liberals actually are.
As for the liberals' claim that conservatives are evil, there are two ways to look at it. First, projection. Liberals are evil, and think everyone else is, too; and that conservatives are just lying hypocrites about moral absolutes. Liberals cannot imagine a life without the pretension of guilt-free sin. Liberals also think they know better than everyone else; and since they believe in moral relativity and "if it feels good, do it", they believe conservatives are evil for wanting to keep them from destroying themselves and others with soul-killing messes like teen sex, homesexuality, drugs and welfare dependency. On the other hand, all it takes for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. On this score, faux conservatives like the RINOs really ARE evil.
This has an upside. Conservatives hear the other side and learn how to form arguments against it. Liberals, on the other hand, are used to being patted on the head and told that they are right. That's why they get hysterical when challenged or forced to hear a conservative point of view. All they can do is start name-calling.

Why do we call these people liberals? they espouse the opposite of freedom. They seek to subjugate the population with their pretentious airs.
bump bump bump
Articles that explain how modern liberals suffer from a mental disorder.
this is the best article on liberalism I have ever read. it has every reason why I cant stand liberalism as an ideology.
“To understand the workings of American politics, you have to understand this fundamental law: Conservatives think liberals are stupid. Liberals think conservatives are evil. Charles Krauthammer”
Krauthammer ought to know. He was one of them long enough, writing speeches for Mondale and trying to defeat Reagan.
Has anyone asked a “Liberal”, “What do you fear about President Ted Cruz?”
After all the “Are you kidding?” “You can’t be serious!” garbage, and personal attacks, they usually can’t come up with anything serious.
Oh yeah, he’d take us back to Obama’s pre-2012 position on gay “marriage”.
Liberalism is a disease that infects the weak and removes all rational thought from the host.
See my tag line. Charles nails it.
True.
I have a dear friend who came to this country from Holland in her late teens to go to university. There she met and later married a rather wealthy man, had three children, and divorced about 15 years ago.
Post-divorce, she had ten years’ worth of a rather large alimony and child support package. She worked as a teacher in those years, and, knowing the money was going to soon stop, decided to become a lawyer. She graduated, passed the bar on the first test, and went to work as a child advocate. She is now around 50 years old.
She has, since I’ve known her, espoused the liberal political line, and argues it respectfully when we talk politics. We for years have agreed to disagree.
Her job as a child advocate however, thrust her into the underbelly of the American dependency culture.
This experience is changing her profoundly, in a way that none of my arguments for conservatism ever managed to accomplish.
She had to be hit over the head by the proverbial two-by-four, in order to change her views, but she’s definitely coming around.
Years of reasoned argument from me and other conservatives in her circle of friend never made any headway, but having now seen the sheer destruction of a whole class of people by liberal welfare and legal policies, she is correctly identifying the culprit as misguided compassion.
Perhaps those who say “you cannot argue with a liberal”, or that one cannot change their views with reason, are correct.
Is it possible the results of liberal governance are now providing the seed of a catharsis for many liberals like my friend? One can only hope.
Instead, they conjure up gods of their own making (themselves included) which they worship.
Therefore, they are co-opted by the delusions and wiles of Satan. They invent their own "truth" and self-elect themselves as judge and jury of all things "right" and "wrong". Along the way they have determined it is only they who can perfect mankind and man's institutions and it leads to the perfect convergence point of wickedness and tyranny.
