Latino Congressman Joaquin Castro refused to agree that members of violent gangs should be deported before they commit crimes while participating in gang activities.
Castro---whose mother is a LaRaza activist---told Rep. J. Randy Forbes, R-Va., during the 2013 House Judiciary Committee hearing on immigration reform.
Castro referred to a violent rape in which the accused latino perpetrator could not be deported due to Obama's doling out protected status.
PATRIOT CONG FORBES WEIGHS IN “We have to wait until they kill somebody, hurt somebody or rape somebody, and then go after them,” Forbes said earlier in 2005 when he “introduced a bill that would allow the government to deport aliens and immigrants who are not permanent residents of the United States and belong to criminal gangs,” The Washington Times reported.

Cong Forbes also exposed Obama factotum----USCIS head Leon Rodrigues---who is rubber-stamping illegals into the country---that the DHS agency does NOT question whether Third World newcomers are affiliated w/ violent gangs.
