The Patriots led, 17-7, at intermission, and outscored the Colts, 28-0, after the officials seemingly corrected the ball issue.

So the argument falls flat at this point. The 2nd half was a blow out

IF the footballs were re-checked at the end of the game.

It is only a few minutes before the game starts, when the teams get their footballs back from the refs, after the refs have checked the air pressure with a gauge on all the balls.

Thus, the air was let out of the Pats footballs after that.

Why couldn't the Pats do it again after the getting the footballs back for the second half?

I agree ... the refs should check each teams balls randomly.
In San Francisco they have many “volunteers” who would do this for free

I guess my issue is I hate both teams and found myself wanting the Paps (not a typo) to win. Colt's owner sucks and he hosed St Louis and we got stuck with Stan Kronke....

GO SEAHAWKS.....
