Republicans always enjoyed leaving Nevada Sen. Harry Reid bandaged and bruised during touch legislative fights, but they never thought they'd see him like this.
Reid returned to the U.S. Capitol on Tuesday after missing the first two weeks of the new congressional session with major injuries from an exercise-related accident.
The liberal stalwart, derided by Republicans as 'Dingy Harry,' broke several bones in his face and fractured some ribs when an exercise machine failed on New Year's Day, hurling him headlong into cabinets at his new house in Nevada.

Looks like he has been “rolled” a couple of times.
The exercise machine was probably a $2 hooker and he refused to pay.
Harry should take up a safer hobby, like sky diving.
Note to self. Don’t put treadmill up to 6mph before getting on. Remember how the media kept showing Bush on the Segway for the first time? I’m sure there’s video of this clown getting “bucked” of that treadmill. Clown.
I don’t think it was a treadmill. I read earlier that it was some kind of elastic resistance band that broke. I still don’t get how that would send him flying into a bookcase.
That I would believe. I almost had a disaster with my trainer when one of those things broke. Luckily there was a chair separating my trainer from a cement wall or it would have been bad...

Maybe he should retire so we can focus on our health as a country.
When my daughter was little she got on a treadmill at the YMCA (after I told her not to) and within a few seconds had turned it on and was pushed against the wall with her chin and neck still on the treadmill. I rushed over and got her off quickly, but it still scraped her up pretty bad.
The school asked her what happened, then called me in to ask what happened. After I told them, they said we had the same story but it was a freaky accident. I agreed.
Too bad the guy that beat the crp out of him didn’t finish the job!
