This kind of crap happens when you have possession and still steadfastly refuse to move the ball past the 50 yard line. Even the best defense in the world can’t win if they refuse to play offense when given the opportunity.
This is a center-left country, period. We go right when things go south, but it never lasts long. It’s going to go more left as the demographics shift.
Isn’t it odd that this poll and story comes out on the day of the State of the Union address? As usual, the media is carrying Obama’s water all over the place today as it will in the future.
I don’t know who is worse, the people who manipulate the news or the people who believe this crap.

Remember, the surveys aren’t asking the key question, “Do you think that the feds are working within their constitutionally limited powers?” Probably most low-information voters wouldn’t know how to answer that question since citizens are not being taught about the federal government’s limited powers.
Big business and the left made a truce. That truce is murdering America. Big business wanted Obamacare and amnesty. So does the left, for completely different reasons.
For now that is. As the millianials get older and been out in the “world”, they will shift rightwards.

By and large this country has the government that it deserves.
The GOP won by landslide but then dont STOP Obama which was what the electorate wanted them to do. The act of doing nothing when voters are ticked already is not the way to win elections. I doubt that the GOP will ever get it together with the current leadership .I use the term “leadership” lightly because they dont meet my expectations of leadership in a time such as this.
