Billions of dollars were wasted in Afghanistan and Iraq, and worse, the lives of our troops. Invading and occupying those dumps was a colossal screw-up. We should have bombed the mountains flat and left, deported all Muslims from the US.
Our military strategy is being planned by Gen. Custer.

Sand, water, and fly ash is not concrete.
What’s missing?
Portland cement. Add this last ingredient in the right proportion, it would last forever......
***Sand, water, and fly ash is not concrete.***
Fly ash from Wyoming coal, when wet, will set up almost like concrete.
Power plant bottom ash, when mixed with cement works nicely as concrete. The ash and clinkers take the place of sand and gravel.
Yes, fly ash and other ingredients are almost as good as Portland, but when you add the real stuff you have high strength concrete.
