There's no way in heck she'll run, knowing that Ted Cruz is going to. She's too smart to split the conservative primary vote that way.

For what it's worth, I don't think she'd run (for multiple reasons), even if Ted wasn't. Gut instinct tells me that the two of them worked this out some time ago.

Yes, that’s a good point. I hadn’t thought about that, but I think you are right, she wouldn’t want to sour the race if it looks like a strong conservative has a shot.

Perhaps that explains why she stayed out in ‘12, out of deference to Bachmann or someone else. Still think that was a mistake though.
