you are right. same job as mine—30k less. It is like there are two classes—foreign and Americans and it seems to have turned back EEOC, same job same salary, all the gains made in the last 20 years. Plus these folks bring their culture with them. They hire more of themselves by lining up with the companies that bring their type of worker and they freeze us out. When they manage they act like they are in their own countries with terrible hours (it is nothing for them to tack on an extra 20 hours a week on their staff with no expectation they wont do it), lack of respect for women, and lack of respect for our traditions. the other issue they create is they bring their larger families and bounce around from town to town because their contracts tend to be shorter. so what impact are they having on localities and services?
