The anti-radical Islam group Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamization of the West (PEGIDA) stages a protest every Monday in its native Dresden, Germany. On January 12, however, the group convened its largest rally yet, with 25,000 participantssignificantly more due to last weeks terrorist attack in Paris, France. Attendees at the rally posted pictures and videos on social media.

HOORAY PEGIDA!
Perhaps they should change their tag line to:
All The News that's SAFE To Report
At some point, Angela will see the trend and decide it’s time to lead these protests. After all, that what politicians do best - lead a parade.
I wonder how long before she sends in the German Army to break up the anti Islamos?
The people now feel they have to begin to protect themselves, as it has become apparent their governments refuse to do so. Perhaps Mosques will become a bit unsafe?
Did Charlie Hebdo precipitate a vigilante movement throughout Europe?
I don't know. It's been over a year since I've watched Fox News.
WE decide what to REPORT, so that YOU can DECIDE on what we decided to report.
(Great screen name QB)
I don’t see it on their Fox News Video page.
Nothing to report.
until they start killing or deporting moslems all these protests are useless.
the moslem only respects the sword. until we start killing their children, instead of letting them kill ours, the moslems will remain bold and aggressive.
islam is a plague that must be eradicated
Is there any doubt we’re heading for a war that would make Peter Jackson faint? Buy ammo.
Peaceful people on this planet who’ve been pushed around by Sodomites, Socialists, and Head-choppers are itching for a fight. All they need is to be pushed a little further.
The story of Fox News goes back to the days when its founder Roger Ailes worked for President RIchard NixOn.
The liberal media and Nixon were at war with each other because the media wanted a quicker capitulation to the Communists in Vietnam than Nixon was willing to negotiate, among other things.
Nixon’s partisans in the debate including beltway conservatives who supported Barry Goldwater called for ‘FAIR AND BALANCED’ news coverage.
Goldwater’s former close confidant Dean Burch was made chairman of the Federal Communications Commission and on at least two occasions Fairness Doctrine rulings were handed down against Nixon’s media enemies including NBC News which won a partial victory in its federal court appeals.
You’re right, except the weekly PEGIDA rallies are heading somewhere. They’ve gone from 350 in October to 25,000 yesterday. The rallies in Paris were silly, especially because the people who created the problem were at the center of them.
While I think that is true, I wonder how much is a "little further?"
Huzzah PEGIDA! Keep it growing!
Thanks for the history. Greater context.
PEGIDA BUMP!
Don’t think so. I think Merkel is working for Brussels, not Germany. She’ll do everything she can to suppress this.
Maybe another politician will use it to depose her?
You have 20,000 like minded people gathering in the streets not listening to the propaganda of the media, not using their computers or phones to talk and you have taken away their Christian moral compass by attacking Christianity for 50 years. Morals of the people are what they make them for the moment now. Gee, I think this thing just took a turn in the direction you are mentioning.
The mosques gave islam their underground of terror networks, it looks like the streets are going to form the underground meeting place for the resistance. There is nothing new under the sun in history, this was predictable 10 years ago when government did not go after the religion that causes these attacks.....looks like people will do the job.
