"we believe that the explosion would have occurred because of the cabin being pressurized"Huh??? Passenger jets are pressurized to the air pressure at 8000 feet. If that pressure were to somehow to be maintained, the air pressure at sea level would HIGHER than that inside the airplane, and it would collapse, not explode.

People forget that when something hits water at over 300 mph (which might the the case in this crash), the impact force of hitting water is not much less than hitting land. As such, that’s why the plane broke up on water impact.
