Army Gen. Martin Dempsey said the facility at the U.S. Navy base in Cuba “does create a psychological scar on our national values. Whether it should or not, it does.”

I watched the beginning of Dempsey’s interview with Chris Wallace Sunday, but had to change channels after about five minutes. He did not sound like a military leader who is interested in protecting his nation. He sounded like a politician trying to justify Obama’s incompetence/intentions.
