Just because someone is charged with a crime, especially in these times of political activist prosecutors, it doesn't mean that the accused is guilty. The presumption of innocence has always been one the foundations of our legal system and we need that more now then ever. In other words, instead of people assuming he is guilty, people should be assuming he is innocent until he is proven guilty.
