Undoubtedly. Back in the early '80s I heard Sam Blumenfeld say that the Progressives want "free" daycare/schooling from birth through age 22, so no surprise here.
I'm afraid that Johnny will want to hear more about the proposal, and is willing to reach across the aisle.
Except it all has to be paid for...and generally, that appears to be whitey's job.
