The two men suspected of attacking a newspaper in Paris have stolen a car and reportedly have several hostages.
A car chase is under way on the N2 motorway, and police sources say shots have been fired.
The car is now on the outskirts of Paris - close to Charles de Gaulle airport - and several helicopters are reportedly hovering overhead.
Sky's Ian Woods says the police focus now appears to have turned to an industrial building near to the airport.
Two people with gunshot wounds have been taken to hospital in Meaux.

The US is different. The Europeans, for all their faults, do not believe that news is something that happens on TV. When their face gets rubbed in something real and horrible, that wakes them up. America, however, is deep into the delusion of longitude. 9/11 woke America up, but since no major terror strike occurred until the Boston Marathon, America went back to sleep. The Boston Marathon worked for a while, but since that did not occur again, and nut jobs going postal with guns over grammar or breaking up with their girl friends, or what not, more frequently, America went right back to sleep soon after. To Americans now, terrorism is just another nut job going postal over something or other. This is why its allies must make other arrangements.
I had to look that up. Assume you mean Compagnies Républicaines de Sécurité.

We were in Paris last June. I think it may have been some CRS guys that were watching a bunch of West African gibsmedats demonstrating and blocking traffic by marching down the road. It was blocking our tour bus so badly, for so long, that we bailed out and found a cab. Some of the guys watching had similar body armor.
Sorry for them they only have Mini-14s. Effective enough, I guess, in an urban setting, but it certainly wouldn’t be my choice.

More details are emerging about Amedy Coulibaly who is believed to be holding up six people hostage at a kosher supermarket in eastern Paris, after being named as suspect in the killing of a policewoman on Thursday.
He is 33 and from Juvisy-sur-Orge in Ile-de-France. According to Le Monde, Coulibaly and Cherif Kouachi were two of the most committed followers of convicted terrorist Djamel Beghal . Telephone conversations reveal that the pair visited Beghals home in Murat in the south of France. Hayat Boumeddiene, 26, has been Coulibalys partner since 2010 and lived in his home while he was serving a prison sentence, Le Monde said.
