A car explosion that occurred outside of a synagogue in the Paris suburb of Sarcelles was caused by a mechanical failure, Paris Metro reported. Paris Metro reports that this incident was not related to a deadly terrorist attack that occurred earlier Wednesday at the Paris office of satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.
