And Bataan. And Corregidor. And in the Ardennes (for a little while).
It’s a war, and that sh*t happens in war.
Not a “hot” one yet. But war nonetheless.
We can sit and whine about it, or we can learn from it and keep pushing back.
We got people in despite the RINOs, and we will remove their asses one by one, however long it takes.
There is nothing a few privates can do in a army led by idiots .

A better analogy then Kasserine Pass for these failures is Paths of Glory
French General sitting way back in safety orders his division on a suicide mission to take a well-defended German position in WWI.
When half the division is wiped out the rest of the troops fall back.
None of the men reach the German trenches, and B Company refuse to leave their own trench after sustaining heavy casualties. The General, enraged, orders his artillery to open fire on them to force them onto the battlefield.
