Now that Boner is elected time to take matters out of the Rino's hands. Boner and Mitch cannot be trusted and so the state Republicans need to intervene.

If the idiots would all get behind repealing the 17th Amendment they’d have more than half the battle won.

The question is, can Fedzilla be stopped by anybody, at any level?

Which Republicans? There are really two parties now - the Boner RINOS and the majority of Republicans.

If this is the Boner bunch, they are just blowing smoke out there butts - empty posturing as usual.

I will believe them if they kill amnesty and Obamacare - which they have no intention of doing.

States won’t get power back without a federal constitutional amendment.

Big bump!

Get it done in the states:

“Legislators in the 24 states where Republicans now hold total control plan to push a series of aggressive policy initiatives in the coming year aimed at limiting the power of the federal government and rekindling the culture wars.

The unprecedented breadth of the Republican majority — the party now controls 31 governorships and 68 of 98 partisan legislative chambers — all but guarantees a new tide of conservative laws. Republicans plan to launch a fresh assault on the Common Core education standards, press abortion regulations, cut personal and corporate income taxes and take up dozens of measures challenging the power of labor unions and the Environmental Protection Agency.”

YES they can, 1 or more States just needs to do what they believe is right, and when an “inferior court” tells them NO, which they will. Tell them to go pound sand, Article 3 section 2 of the US Constitution states that ONLY the supreme Court can hear ANY case involving a STATE. Then Arrest the inferior Judge and sieze his assets for his Criminal Conspiracy. NOBODY CAN DO ANYTHING about this Crime except a Presidential Pardon, Then READ THE DAMNED CONSTITUTION in your press conference, and watch Liberal Heads Explode.

Now that Attkisson is suing the feds there will be an opportunity to shine a light on how they behave. But since the government operates on money they take from us, my guess is that they will settle out of court to put a lid in this.

I hope she refuses a settlement and this gets dragged through the mud for weeks, better yet- months.

Just do it!

The several states have powers, use them.

Our duly elected representatives in DC won’t legislate like conservatives, let’s get behind the states!

I don't know about the majority of republicans. The rank and file voted in the quislings.

The States created the Fed, and the Fed has become Dr. Frankenstein’s Monster. It’s time for the States to straighten out the Dr., and eliminate the monster. We can’t let even the little hunchback escape.

Man the torches, the pitchforks, and perhaps some other persuasive tools. The Fed is OUR servant, NOT the other way around. We must never allow them to get away believing they rule over us.

States won’t get power back without a federal constitutional amendment.

The feds refused to approve or fund a customs plaza for the new bridge over the Detroit river. Rick Snyder ordered the project started anyway. We've also passed laws to prevent the DEQ from enforcing some EPA regulations. There is strong sentiment in favor of getting the feds out of most infrastructure funding.

I was pleased to see Mike Bishop (who took the seat vacated by Mike Rogers) pushing back on Obama's claims of having helped the economy in Michigan. Bishop laid out the facts that state GOP policies have been the only thing to help the economy here and Obama has done all he could to stand in the way.

Believe it or not, the “States” actually have ALL THE POWER in this country, they just Refuse to use it, and they rely on “lawyers” to tell them what to do instead of the US CONSTITUTION.

All Lawyers are scum, Most politicians are lawyers by trade, and ALL Judges are lawyers in drag.

This is the key to liberty: state’s rights. It’s hard to control the whole country across 50 states. State factions will fight and neutralize other state factions and federal control.

Tie this in to active enforcement of the Commerce Clause and you’ve got a giant free trade zone. Economic liberty is liberty.

In the short run, though, we need to have the Internet made a permanent tax and regulatory free zone. Starve the beast and keep it’s claws out.
