When it comes to evidence of global warming, who are you going to believe, your professors or the facts?
“While it is common these days for politicians, journalists, and other observers to say the climate is warming ‘faster than expected,’ the data show that, over the past two decades, warming has actually slowed down to a pace well below most model projections,” economist Ross McKitrick writes in a study published by the Canadian Fraser Institute last October. “Depending on the data set used, there has been no statistically significant temperature change for the past 15 to 20 years.”
“Yet atmospheric GHG [Green House Gas] levels have increased rapidly over this interval, and there is now a widening discrepancy between most climate model projections and observed temperatures.” McKitrick is a senior fellow at the Fraser Institute as well as a professor at the University of Guelph.
“While a pause in warming is not itself inconsistent with a continuing long term trend, there is no precedent for such a large and continuing gap between models and observations,” McKitrick writes. “Some climatologists have argued that within another few years at most, if the pause continues, it will lead inescapably to the conclusion that climate models are oversensitive to GHGs.”

For the the last 50 years governments have funded trillions $ of dollars in fake global warming research to create a massive hoax called global warming. Then after 100 years of tweaking laws government comes up with their final solution for solving the world's problems drum roll..... banning lightbulbs: that government did this shows that government is a cancer that must be minimized to bare essentials and constitutional limits.
The federal government banned lightbulbs in the USA and the news media hid this from the people:

All this "global warming" hoopla is akin to the magicians slight of hand distractions while he does something to fool the audience...like in this case, destroying the Constitution and "Fundamentally changing America". We watch one hand while the other, Obama and his Marxists and One Worlders deftly strip away the 200 plus years of freedom that the founding fathers tried to give us. Abracadabra...poof!

It doesn’t affect me. I bought cases and cases of incandescents a couple of years ago. I will never pay $20 or more for a light bulb. Unless they can change the size of the socket on mine and everyone else’s light fixtures.
In true science when the predictions of the theory fail to match the observed data, then the theory is rejected. However, the man caused CO2 driven theory of global warming is rooted in politics not science so it cannot be rejected. Finally people are realizing that all the predictions of global warming have not come true especially as we experience another round of polar vortexes.
On the rocks? Is liberalism on the rocks? Socialism? How about political correctness? Is that on the rocks too? C’mon. No chance.

Another few years? How many is "a few" to a Man Made Global Warming Religion Follower? The abstract condition that is "time" has confounded the multitude of human hating fanatics that are members of this religion for some time now. To them, time is a dynamic and flexible entity that often needs to be refined, tuned, transformed and re-created for the purpose of specific data manipulation.
I figure, in this instance, they are setting "a few" at 100 years or so. But not until the next ice age is in full swing with glaciers building in the UP.
