By the time the state is done with you after being convicted of a DUI, drinking is about the only thing left that one CAN do.
This is yet another example of how we already have enough dammed laws.....
You do the crime you do the time and what comes with it. I like this law a lot. If you get one DUI, you should lose your driving privileges for life. Unfortunately our country is so soft and we need our rights.....spit.

I agree and will only add that if they are actually abiding by their drivers liscence revocation, then they are actually the safest drinkers in society.....If they can live their lives without driving, then no one should be too concerned about them walking up to the local party store and buying a case of beer or a fifth...
