Absolutely! Most people who become cops do so because they feel called to the job. Yes, they could quit, but they feel a responsibility to protect the citizens in their cities and neighborhoods. Watch the show Drugs, Inc. on Nat Geo. Depressing, but it shows how dedicated cops are in trying to put a dent in the destruction that the drug trade is causing in our cities and towns.
