That these officers have disagreement with the chief and the mayor is one thing, to disrespect them is another. Their attitude sort of reinforces the image of out-of-control police that think that they are the law unto themselves. They work for the public, report to the chief and the mayor, if they can’t respect those three, they should quit or be fired.
Nonsense. They don’t lose their First Amendment rights when they put on a badge. They’re showing remarkable restraint in their quiet and dignified response to the cop-hating mayor.
or be killed, by conditions set by their “boss’...dont know what planet your’e on
Sorry I disagree. it’s time for Anarchy to rule.
We need to move to a Anarcho-Capitalist state of existence.
Completely do away with the oppressive, police state government we live in now!!!!!!!!!!!!
Say what? The officers have to follow orders that come from these two, they certainly are not required to respect them.
Respect is earned, not required by law and de Blasio in no way has earned the respect of these officers.
Have you never heard of conscientious objectors?
Dissent is patriotic.
out of control?.. I think I would have been a hell of a thing if the Wehrmacht turn their back on Hitler...
To be out on control the cops like an army has to be doing some active “action” not passive “inaction”... turning you back is form of passive strike.. its “Gandhi”
