I don’t know if it is being born in wr0ng body but I do believe some people really feel they are not the gender their body is.
It is really an extreme feeling when you’d rather die than keep living the gender of your body.
There are children who never heard of LGBT who say they know are not the gender of their body.

You are born male and female only unless severe abnormality which is just that——All behaviors or desires are created by the environment. How does a child know about gender? Presumably they have no knowledge of the other gender's parts. I know I didn't when I was a child. It was a matter of some interest to me at the time, I assure you.

Psychology at one time was concerned with defining normal behavior based upon what was found to be the norm in the culture/society being observed. As well, psychology at one time identified societal and individual self-destructive behaviors as abnormal.
