Since he first got into the White House, Obama has been using any golf courses he likes, any time he likes, and shoving everyone else off without notice, because no one else is allowed near the course any day he is there.
He especially likes to steal military golf courses from their usual users. It gives him pleasure.
First off, these courses are generally off limits to non military. One would believe they would be his least physical worries regardless of their feelings about the bum. Besides that, seems to me they are relatively secure and it is not like the emperor is going about his hacking without an army of personal guards.
