Even if the Supremes don’t kill Obamacare, I think it is doomed by systemic failures. I see no chance of it meeting its minimum survival numbers.
Obamacare may have systemic failures but some of them could be corrected by Congress. The question is whether the Republicans are willing to let Obamacare die or whether they’ll pass fixes for it.
