The president can veto any changes in existing legislation, including funding cuts. If the president is serious about holding the line—and I believe he is—the only recourse is to shut down the government, but the Republicans have already stated they absolutely refuse to do that. So what’s left? Well, they can stop the president from nominating people, but then again, Harry Reid already helped push through a slew of far left, appointees.

I think the moderate Republicans deserve as much grief as we can dish on them, because they just don’t realize what they’re dealing with. We want them to wage war on the president and his far left, political agenda. They foolishly think they can compromise, but what are they going to do when the president simply refuses to give—at all?
