I had a Shanghai-born lady friend for 15 years. I have many Chinese-born friends who emigrated here. They are all Christians. But, interestingly, they also are Buddhists a Confusians at the same time. They feel that all these disciplines easily fit together. Jesus is lord, but the others just kinda guide their everyday life. They are all proud to be American citizens! They are all hard-working, and successful too. Good people!
There is a lot of overlap between the lifestyle advice given by all three systems. The Christian systems stands out through its identification of a literal Savior.
