That was the plan and sadly it has worked marvelously.

We have LBJ and the huge Democrat majority in Congress elected in 1964 to thank for this mess as they guaranteed the outcome with the sweeping Great Society programs. So in a sense, it was "whitey" who did this to them. But that "whitey" was LBJ and the Democrat Party/Liberals and not whites in general.
