Please read my post #20.
Fundamentally, government schooling is a First Amendment and freedom of conscience abomination. This is true even if school districts were the size of a city block or suburban subdivision and locally controlled.
Local control ( the voting mob) would still mean that the First Amendment human rights and freedom of conscience of the students and parents would be violated. The rights of the taxpayers who are also under police threat to pay for it are also violated.
Having a pervert club in a school should be against the law!
Would they also support a bestiality club?
Better yet, would they support a polyamory club?
Remember when the word “gay” meant happy?
Good idea lawyers rub hands.
This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)
The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. Metmom holds both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. I am filling in temporarily; she will return soon. Please freepmail if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.
