JetBlue airlines plans to offer free flights to police officers across the country who want to attend the funerals for the fallen NYPD cops over the weekend, the company said Wednesday.
Two cops from each department will be allowed to fly at no charge anywhere across its route network to New York City, the New York Post reports.

Good on you Jet Blue.
IMHO
Maybe they could fly De Blasio to Cuba or Venezuela?
If the protestors show up at this funeral, I hope they are surrounded and then engulfed by a sea of blue and nothing but a bloody mud puddle left to mark where they stood.
Wow that’s great
Thank you, JetBlue. The gathering of officers from around the country means a lot to the family and shows respect from fellow “brothers” to the deceased ... it’s an important part of the funeral.
Good On You,BLUE!!!
Bravo Jet Blue! Awesome! Suggestion: jettison the latrine waste over De Blasio’s house just prior to landing.
I was checking flights to Colombia this morning....Jet Blue isnt the cheapest but I’ll book my flights with them...and I’ll let them know about it too.
Wow that is great! I hope a lot of officers are able to attend.
I’m sorry, this pisses me off.
Some of the biggest ripoffs are family traveling when a loved one dies. Airlines charge the highest rates within seven days and most times, this hits ALL funeral attendees hard.
I venture to bet the latest percentage of revenue an airline makes is from funeral travels.
