I submitted a paper application last week of November but keep getting “you need to enroll by Dec. 31” notices. Website does not show whether or not they received it and when I call: “We are experiencing unusually heavy traffic. Please call back later”. Seems to be nothing further I can do — except send another application?
Can you enroll online? That may be faster (automatic), if you don’t mind putting personal information out there.
